I hereby wave and release all other contestants, the host, sponsors, and tournament officials from all claims of injury and/or damage incurred in connection with this tournament. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the tournament rules and regulations (as described below) and agree to abide by them. I further understand that tournament officials and directors reserve the right to refund this entree fee if it chooses for any reason not to accept my application.

You may still sign up for the tournament at the boat ramp; however, it will be cash only. Signing up at the boat ramp will be $20 extra and weigh in will be with the first flight.
